The cuteness
Not sure if it is because this is our second time around, or the chubs, or his happy demeanor, but Terah and I comment to ourselves daily how much we are enjoying Max's cuteness.
Even his growing tantrums mainly illicit an amused disinterest from us.... "Oh you want to flail yourself to the ground and kick the floor? (Yawn) Show me something I haven't seen before."
Max's two main questions in life currently are: 1. What is Noah doing? 2. How can I be doing the exact same thing?
Sometimes I wonder if we will look back at this time and view it as the golden years, when our children could play with glee for hours with a tub of water. In any event, we are trying to soak up the cuteness while we can.

We love this happy monkey!

Hong Kong train
Terah's parents generously gifted Noah an addition to the train set they gave him last year, the battery-operated kind. These two have spent hours on it already.
Most of the time, it ends with Monster Max destroying the track or shoving the train and Noah flailing his arms and screaming.
But that pretty much sums up their general dynamic anyway.
Thank you Yeh Yeh and Ma Ma!
