Easy Pace Italy

We got back from Italy last week and have been busy moving and unpacking in Chicago ever since. But first, a few snapshots of our "Easy Pace Italy" tour that really wasn't so easy-paced...

Milan:

This church took over 300 yrs to complete!

Michelango's last"Pieta" that he was still carving til the very end

Lugano, Switzerland, a small beautiful town

My mother, left with all our stuff as we ran to cool ourselves down at the city square fountain

Venice:

Doge's Palace, the longest running republic government

Venice at sunset

At an outdoor cafe in the famous romantic St. Marks Square doing the most romantic of activities - blowing bubbles

Burano, my favorite Venetian island

Florence:

where we celebrated my dad's birthday

and finally, Rome!

splendid times with the crazy cherns.
