Down the aisle

Noah had the lucky honor to be a ring bearer at my friend's wedding. Given his poor track record of following instructions, I was highly skeptical he would actually make it down the aisle.

Practicing...

The more promising flowergirl...

Plan B was to secretly bring his red bike that we could whip out at the last minute.
Plan C was to walk with him down.
Plan D was to carry him down.
Can you tell how confident I was of his ringbearer abilities?

On the big day, the flower girl and him set off down the path. She then spotted her mother and got sidetracked. Much to my amazement, Noah kept going and made it all the way down to Terah! I'll have to post the video that my proud parents took.

Of course he then spent the rest of the ceremony climbing in bushes and messing with the lamps.

And meeting his playmate in heaven - this three year old boy. Their favorite activity was to run in circles and then collapse into the grass over and over again.

Congrats Joanna and Michael!
